Episode 6: A Portal to Mystery là một trong ba phần được bổ sung ngoài dự kiến của loạt game Minecraft: Story Mode. Tại phần này cuộc phiêu lưu của Jesse cùng đồng đội sẽ diễn ra tại thế giới xuyên không kỳ lạ ẩn sau cánh cổng dịch chuyển và đang bị thống trị bởi binh đoàn xác sống khủng khiếp. Trong khi trú ẩn tại một lâu đài ma quái họ vô tình bị cuốn vào âm mưu bí ẩn của những nhân vật sống trong Minecraft. Tại đây người chơi sẽ được gặp lại những nhân vật khách mời quen thuộc từ siêu phẩm đình đám Minecraft như Joseph Garrett – Stampy Cat, Stacy Hinojosa – Stacy Plays, Dan Middleton – DanTDM (The Diamond Minecart), Lizzie Dwyer – LDShadowLady và Jordan Maron trong vai CaptainSparklez.
