HOW TO INSTALL
I find it entirely hilarious people are failing to do something as simple as open the first part with 7Zip, drag the iso out, and mount it, install it, then run it.

Using 7zip to unpack the ISO and using Magicdisc to mount it and install it.

And it works perfect on Windows 7 64Bit
